NGALAU INDAH CAVE

The main entrance of Ngalau Indah is surrounded by various kinds of plants. The path through this cave leads out to the top of the mountain which is panoramic.

Once used by the locals to hide from the Japanese during the war, this cave goes deep into the mountain. This is the domain of thousands of bats; I can hear their squeaks and sense them as they fly close to my head.

Crystal and minerals are available in the cave. There's water dripping from the top on to mineral rocks. The water is said to be rich in calcium.
